We should add unknown boxes to extension file. Although, I'm not sure about extending already parsed boxes. For example, 5_1_3_lang_4_streams_mpf_split_0.mp4

@podborski This was because our scripts thought the provided output was outdated. However, since these kinds of GPAC modifications gonna be a thing now I've added another property to the gpac files. manualDump, if this is set to true then our scripts won't modify it and use that to check if extensions are needed

The files were reviewed by Dolby but external Tracks is still in TuC.
